We’ll set aside a half-hour or so to go over a few of your approaches and overall marketing plan with you and we will give you feedback right on the spot. 

It’s all about making sure your home creates awareness to the right buyer - if there’s no interest & the first impression isn’t good at the first point of contact… then your chances of selling just got slimmer. 

Here’s what we’ll request from you. You will provide us with the time your property has been on the market, the asking price, and potential offers (why offers didn’t go through)

We will share with you some of the ideas that allowed us to get listings in escrow within the first week after being on the market for 100+ days.
