Escrow Documents Allows the Buyer & Seller to feel Secured Moving Forward with the Contract!
Escrow is a security management solution for the buyer-seller relationship at hand while performing a contract. It aims to keep contract sides in trust, ensuring proper follow-up of both documentation and financial flows.
If you have a potential buyer, interested in the product/service you offer, Escrow can be described as a business middleman between you and the buyer (acting on your and the buyers behalf), taking care of the transaction to be carried fully and without delays on the agreed date & escrow fees.
The way Escrow secures your contract is the following: all the relevant information about the sides is documented and held in Escrow from the very beginning of the process when both sides agree on executing a contract. Both parties are required to provide needed information to Escrow so that thorough research is carried out.
No later than 3 days after the contract registration, the payment deposit is taken from the buyer.
Until the payment date Escrow team is in contact with both sides, ensuring everything is going smooth and according to contract and Escrow instructions. Once all the pre-agreed terms are completed, the transaction is released from Escrow.
Therefore, aside from protection, the parties also benefit from Escrow, because it ensures the contract conditions.
Escrow can be applied to any trade and is especially useful when there is a contract of a large sum, with a need for quality validation before payment. A good example of the mentioned is the development of a mobile application.
What’s important to note: Escrow doesn’t have a goal to promote seller’s or buyer’s interests. It’s a neutral party, that listens to both, works for both. The sole aim it has is to make contract secure: so that both the quality of the service provided and the payment for the provider are sure to happen.
